We envision to equip everyone with the skillset, community and inspiration to make their unique dent in the world

our values

We ask: “What would it take?” not “Is that even possible?“. We take calculated risks that make our palms sweaty in order to attain our mission and vision.

We always deliver on the most important thing. We embrace saying no to good projects to save room for great projects - and we will take a fact-based approach in deciding which projects are great.

We embrace radical candour - being honest with each other and with ourselves. As a result, we are comfortable with disagreement or failure, and commit to action once we’ve found consensus on the way forward.

We are committed to safeguarding inclusive, equal access to professional growth & success through our work with our organisational partners.
