What's the recruitment process?

Hiring is a two-sided street. Therefore we're making our hiring process transparent for you from the start. We believe that the applicant should be able to ask just as many questions as the employer

Figuring Out the Basics

Initial Screen

First hand insight into the role and company and our chance to get to know you (30 mins)

Get to Know Each other

Fit Interview

Understanding your goals/expectations and how they are aligned with your role (60 mins)

Working Together

Real-World Challenge Interview

1 hour scenario task, plus 1 hour presentation and discussion with some of our team (2 hours)

The Final Act

Final Interview

Depending on the role there is maybe another interview with the Founder (30 mins)
