Having studied a social science at Uni, I wasn't sure about working as a Business Analyst since it's quite technical. But I love it! The training by Menon helped me hit the ground running at work..
One month into the Program I already felt I made life-long friends. Because we all have our trainings together, there is a feeling of community between us despite working at different companies.
Menon matched me with 3 different start-ups that I interviewed with. I really liked all 3 of them, but finally went with Matter since I felt like their culture fit well with me.
The Founder's Associate Program is free of charge for talents. If accepted into the program and matched with a start-up you will start learning next to working full-time for 12-months

They’re also spread between different industries, such as Climate-Tech, Fin-Tech, Future of Work etc.
For our first cohorts, our start-ups offer only the role of a Founder's Associate but soon we will a wide range of business roles (such as Business Development, Business Analyst/ Business Intelligence, Operations and Generalist/ Founders Associate)
